Errors while listing backups

Instead of erroring out due to missing APIs, the KKP API should check if the APIs exist and, if they don't, just return an empty array.

Create/edit backup storage location

Validation for units of backup sync period should happen on the UI.

We had two working CBSLs, and I updated one of them. Then, the other one, which is still functional and green, stopped showing in the UI(?!).
