Snap package suppport

I was thinking the install and setup could be improved for Ubuntu and other Linux distros by having a snap package version. If it's not a priority would you mind if I made the snap as a contribution?
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
