Not rendered - aws-iam-authenticator-server-key.pem.enc

Version: 0.14.0-rc1
I see credentials/aws-iam-authenticator-server-key.pem exist but when i run kube-aws validate; the enc version does not render
I see the following error:
This operation will create/update the cluster. Are you sure? [y,n]: y
Error: failed to initialize control-plane stack: failed to load controller node extras from plugins: failed to load plugin controller file contents: failed to render template: failed loading credentials/aws-iam-authenticator-server-key.pem.enc: open credentials/aws-iam-authenticator-server-key.pem.enc: no such file or directory
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
