Once the tests pass in travis and you have confidence in the binaries (I don't have a way to test them), we should tag a release and publish binaries if possible.

This release keeps the same scope as contrib/mesos, no new features were introduced. The target of this project is to make sure k8sm works fine after promoting to a Kubernetes incubator project.
