Really large (>50 nodes) - can't change the parameter for jetty threads setting on selenium hub.

I have an AKS cluster setup and working with 100 nodes connected however, any more than 50 parallel tests fail because the default setting for jetty threads is limited to 50. I would like to run atleast 100 parallel tests.
Can we configure the hub with optional parameters, if so, please can someone provide some instructions?
