Replace tls.pcap with a unix socket

Context:
As the tls.pcap mechanism is fragile and therefore unstable, we decided to replace this mechanism with a unix socket mechanism

Requested:

  1. Replace mechanism
  2. [Future] Write tests to ensure proper operation (no message is lost)
  3. [Future] Add to the CI/CD process.

Using: v52.1.23-dev2
I the dashboard I see (NO LIB-SSL traffic):

However, the Tracer PCAPs look good,. The logs are filled with errors
