[docs] tests.md is outdated

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

What happened:
The test.md file is not up to date and needs to be fixed.
What you expected to happen:
the test.md file will be up to date with all tests.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
go to docs/tests.md and see that not all test under /test is there.
Anything else we need to know?:
We found out about this while reviewing #2431
Environment:
- HCO version (use
oc get csv -n kubevirt-hyperconverged): 4.13
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
/lifecycle stale

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle rotten.
Rotten issues close after an additional 30d of inactivity.
