Add Project --- Add ToDo buttons

Great project @kubilaycaglayan @javitocor, one small suggestion, hope you don't mind.

The Add Project / Add ToDo buttons are placed on the bottom of the page. If you have many projects and also many todoes your Add Project and Add ToDo button will be hidden because at the bottom of the page and for the user the only way to actually reach them is scroll down the page, but that is only based on the intuition of each user.

My suggestion is to place them at the top of the page so they will always be visible and also available whenever the user needs those actions.
