compatibility issue

After building I have this issue "This operation can fail if the version of the OS on the device is incompatible with the installed version of Xcode. You may also need to restart your mac and device in order to correctly detect compatibility."
Would you please help me with it? Thanks in advance.

Upgrading XCode works for me. Probably your iOS version is already the latest, but your XCode isn't...
