What
Write apps to have turtles transfer produced goods as output and required items as input across farms, farm collectors, chestcart loaders and storage.

basic IO system functional!
now switching to doing some cleanup and putting this on hold.

instead of putting it on hold i'll close it. additions/adaptations to the IO system will be done via other issues.
