Add photo frame in member photo

I think it is necessary to add a frame to the photo because there is one member photo size that is not the same as the photo of other members

Yes, I agree. Because there is 1 member whose photo size is different from the others. Its too big. I try to fix it before, but not successful yet.

This is happening when we use the Github profile picture but the user doesn't have any profile picture yet in their Github account.

I have fixed Ojas photo size to other members as in the image and made a Pull Request with my email.
