Adding helpful features for developers

If you could add these features I would really really appreciate it:

1- Adding code blocks ( for us to be able to distinguish normal notes from code notes)
2- Adding the ability to bold a text ( cause it might be a headline )
3- Adding the ability to save text as pdf, or word or send it to drive or send it to google keep
4- Adding more colors, being able to control font size for a specific line
5- If that could be implemented as a stand alone app, I would really give it a high shout out.

I know they're a lot but I just wanted to share my experience and suggestions about what could make it so much better, thank you for your awesome work
