Hello!
This might be a long shot, but I was wondering if there is any way of obtaining the confusion matrix with the false/true positives/negatives.

The pipeline doesnt output this visualization, but I think this can be generated using the output prediction bigwigs directly after fetching the total signal in the regions? Hope this helps, let me know if you have more question.
