copy&paste option of timepoints

Related to the issue above, about saving and loading the list of timepoints
that could be handy for getting the same timeline for several ALs,

Steven: A quick thing I could add is just full table copy/paste where y-values are scaled to the range of the target

Menno: ranging y values could be optional, sometimes i just need the time points
but if y values are scaled, inverting around the y axis would be possible
