[URGENT] Able to submit form without answering mandatory questions

  1. Open the survey page in chrome and go to dev tools.
  2. Remove "mandatory" from the class for the mandatory list item. (class="question rating selected mandatory")
  3. You should now be able to submit the form without any mandatory questions being answered.
