Comment not shown

So, I have configured DISQUS_SITENAME as required, and confirmed it correct in other themes.

But in eevee, no comment section is generated. Digging further into the template, in the partials/comments.html file, there is a like as follows:

    {% if obj is defined and obj.comments|title != 'False' %}

What's this obj thing? It doesn't seem to appear in the pelican document. Is it an old variable which should be replaced with new variables, or is it defined elsewhere?
