Improve logging in fleet manager

Currently, the logging in fleet manager is not very clear, especially for plugins installation and backup controllers.

The logging style for backup plugin controllers is consistent with that of other plugins in the fleet manager.
It's not just an issue with the backup plugin controllers but seems to be a more general pattern across the plugins.
