Specialthreads autoupdate

Make server automatically update special threads using patterns ("Random thread" in title -> update "random thread" specialthread, "аноничный" in text -> the same, etc)

I thought about this of using some kind of tag system, like tagging threads in name/email field with something like #random, #206, #m, #vid, etc. But likely it's not really usable if it's not only mod/admin who is allowed to put these tags; it still will be manually controlled by Hanako, and everything that requires manual control is bad.
