Docs: Wrong link to Python Unicode tutorial

Cheers, your intro document currently contains an outdated link to a Python 2.7 Unicode tutorial. Python 2.7 is also outdated.
I think the new version of that old tutorial link should be this, but feedparser only supports Python 3.8+ anyway.
Two options for fixing this would be: remove the tutorial link altogether, or link to an up-to-date piece of Python 3 documentation.
If you fancy the contribution, I'm happy to send a PR for either solution. Just let me know.
