Or could halogen-vdom be enough? I would like to use this with spork

I'm not sure - I've stopped actively developing this for the time being but I'll happily look at a PR.

the Svg.Indexed could be definitely moved to separate repo - purescript-dom-indexed-svg, similar to purescript-dom-indexed
