Audio sounding bad, and delay issues

I downloaded this project and I really like the functions!
However I can't really use it bc of the sounds.
It feels like listening while have virtual machine on or while having an online meeting. Prob bc of using virtual audio
Is there any fix?
I guess the latency is also the virtual audio prob

I'm also encountering lower quality audio with background music compared to default speaker output. Specifically, I'm trying to screen record on MacOS Sonoma 14.1, and using Background Music as the output, and as the input to Screen Record, the output is poor quality.
