"D" key does not work on Firefox

W, A, and S work, but D does not.

experienced in Firefox.

I approve of this bug, can't leave us FF users hanging and forced to used the arrow keys like it's the 90s.

Personally I prefer the arrow keys. I mostly played games in the 90s :-P
