Verify installing Connectivity Proxy module on top of the installation performed by the Connectivity Proxy Reconciler.

Description
Install the Connectivity Proxy with module operator's on a cluster with the Connectivity Proxy installed by the old Connectivity Proxy reconciler. Verify it is possible, and identify the changes that need to be done in the Connectivity Proxy module to make it possible.
Reasons
It is unacceptable to remove the Kubernetes objects installed by the Connectivity Proxy Reconciler prior to installing Connectivity Proxy module. The user can create ServiceMapping objects we cannot delete. In order to make the migration smooth the module operator should be able to be installed the Connectivity Proxy on top of the existent installation, and take over existent objects.
