Download won't Play

I've downloaded the app for my chromebook. The download went fine. When I hit the play button nothing happens.

Try opening it instead in the "Files" app. The "play" button inside the app is not working right now.

Thanks, I downloaded to my google acct and now get a msg it's unavailable.
I can only see the file if I try to download a new file. How do I change
the download location? I'll just put the files on an external. I'm
thinking that might work better

For sure downloading to a local disk or external drive will work much better than saving to google drive. Saving to google drive is like 3-5x slower for various reasons. To change the download location just go to the options pane and select it again. Then remove and re-add any torrents.
