bittorrent.com Arcadia.torrent is a no go

I'm on a Acer Chromebook and after setting the download directory and adding Arcadia.torrent to jsTorrent is just flashes an IP address repeatedly and does nothing else. I've tried re-adding and removing the torrent many times.

Thanks. I'm also seeing strange behavior on my end. It's a strange type of torrent that is signed and has some other non standard behaviors. I think it also announces on a different infohash than what would be standard. I would have to do some research as to how exactly bittorrent does their strange bundles.
But in any case, I do see that it gets stuck in a "loading" state. I'm going to look into this some more...
