These two links shown in the image can only work on my own computer, Why this program doesn't generate the third forwardable url for me? Thanks for your help!
os: windows 10
chrome version: 90.0.4430.212

@Bell2U Port mapping does not work on windows 10 (I do not know why) An app that you can easily use to port map is this

Sorry to bother you again
I download the app you mentioned but don't know how to use it, and I was trying to learn port forwarding on YouTube, but failed again...

After clicking on "add", it said "OK, resultCode = 500", but the link still cannot be reached on other devices, and I tried this link: "<my public IP address>:<port number>", also inaccessible.
What shall I do next? thanks for your patience

@Bell2U Try restarting your router. This is most likely a bug in the router firmware. Happens to me sometimes. When port map was successfully mapped, it will say "OK, resultCode = 200". Also, are there any other port mappings under the list column. Some routers have a limit

Also, in the web server settings, turn off "also on internet" - All this does it attempt to port map for you and having it on can slow down the server
