Search for .desktop program files for nix installed programs.

The .desktop files of nix-installed programs are in ~/.nix-profile/share/applications/. I use ArchLinux and nix I use for some packages which packages which use from the arch repository is inconvenient for some reason.

You could override one of the xdg envs XDG_DATA_HOME/XDG_DATA_DIRS for ~/.nix-profile/share.

That path should already be in $XDG_DATA_DIRS (it is for me) and still no programs are showing up in the menu.
