Installation issue

Hello, I tried your 1.1fixed.zip file on Ubuntu 18.04 php7.2. Struggling to install. After installation done it doesnt create any config.php file. it shows installation complete without any error but its not creating any new file like config.php so the log in page still look for installer.php.
Also if I need to install anything prior to run https://yourdomain/installer.php . I installed php, php-curl, apache2 before trying to install. anything else i need to install?
Please let me know.
