Let's discuss User-Agent

Hey great work on this! I had been wondering if someone would do this (and wishing the existing UIs for IPTV weren't so disorganized and slow).

I see you are setting user agent to appear as an iPad in both PHP and JS. What's the purpose of this? I believe my IPTV provider may be allowing certain user agents and not others.
