Unable to set the `cursor theme` to anything other than Adwaita

Similar to #16 and #17. It is not a priority as I was able to set it manually by labwc/rc.xml.

Can't reproduce this, but there is another issue: it updates environment with the new cursor but when reopening labwc-tweaks it displays still the previous one.

I think the problems OP encounters are caused by ~/.themes and ~/.icons not being added to the list, because $HOME doesn't get searched. The reason they only see Adwaita is that it gets added as default anyways.
