Feat: Contributors to an entire organization

We have a lot of different repos so it would be great to auto-pull all contributors from them!

@bharathkalyans Our use case is for an open source community, not as a big organization, just for context. I don't think everyone who could use something like this is a big company. (Unless you mean "Organization" as in "GitHub Organization" :) It gets confusing really quickly haha!)
