Add motivation when subscribing to a topic

Description
To make sure people have thought through what they would like to achieve at DevLabs, they should specify what they would like to do exactly in the session for which they are subscribing.
Acceptance criteria
- Add a text area titled "What are you going to do in this session?" (or something similar)
- Display each subscribed persons motivation in the list of subscribers (maybe collapsible?)
