Already using a custom DNS service

Describe the issue you are having

Already have my custom DNS server set up at home network for my custom things.
Would prefer to be able to either update my dns entries on my DNS sever or use hosts file to update entries.

Any possibility to do so?

Current DNS server is working on same machine as cacher will, so can't chain them

It was all in readme.... dumb me.
You can find a list of domains you will want to use for each service over on uklans/cache-domains. The aim is for this to be a definitive list of all domains you might want to cache.
