where is trigger command in the ubuntu?

run "sudo trigger 127.0.0.1 22 ../private.pem" ,I can't find trigger commmand.
How to install the command?

The utility is now called db. Please install the dbtools utility via cargo cargo install dbtools and read the basic usage instructions:
