No option to Add/Del/Update Tags

It seems the module is not completely available on git as well as on their website.
After installation of this module, there is no option to add/delete/Update any tags.

Please try to download the module file at here: https://github.com/landofcoder/module-product-tags/releases/tag/1.0.3-3
The version is working properly on magento 2.3.5-p2
