A user has the following problems with childesr and Childespy. First, in childesr:

No issues on a fresh install of Childespy on Python 3.8 with R 4.1

It seems very strange that a client would be not be able to hit the JSON page -- maybe this is another version of the cert problem that Martin and some others had.
