\lsFrontPage et. al. cause tikz externalisation to be confused or even fail

in the preamble is a hotfix. If tikz externalise is used in our vanilla class, the dimensions/anchors/... of graphics are totally off even in very simple graphics.

\tikzexternalize[optimize=false] cures some issues with forrest. (Why?)
