image not show after awhile ?

first I add an image using
hit save info
and everything works perfectly.
after awhile about 20 minutes, the image disappears and leaves a blank in the text. if anything else I need to config, please let me know!

turn out this is a feature of CKEditor with fee. anyway I closed this issue. Thanks so much ~~
