Make a command to remove the core.home route

This is a bug.
Prerequisites
- Are you running the latest version?
- Are you reporting to the correct repository?
- Did you check the documentation?
- Did you perform a cursory search?
Description
We still have the permission core.home but it's not used anymore. We need a command that will remove this route.
