network_larpix crashes with v2b tile network

Executing hydra_v2b.py reproducibly runs successfully to completion; however, attempting to load a v2b hydra network with network_larpix.py fails.

Stephen remarks that all ASIC registers are enforced in network_larpix.py and only a select handful are enforced in hydra_v2b.py
