Ubuntu unix datagram socket receive buffer returns wrong buffer size

In ubuntu 22.04 the call getsockopt with SO_RCVBUF does not return the actual receive buffer size. The tests have to be adjusted that the internal buffer size of ubuntu is capped to 11.
