Settings are overwritten with 1.64 defaults if settings have been migrated from 1.63

Figures that a bug would sneak into one of the least testable parts of the addon. I'm working on a fix right now. In the meantime, a workaround is to open the Background Page in the debugger under the Extensions panel and clear the Local Storage for the addon.

I'm also looking into another issue where the reply workaround for LOL tags works intermittently.
