[nvim] Add minimal nvim config for use with `vscode-neovim`

Description

For neovim cli, config is separated to lvim config. For better support with https://github.com/vscode-neovim/vscode-neovim, add minimal nvim config that compatible with vscode-neovim.

Possible Solution

Add nvim config to ./home/dot_config/nvim

I'm

interested in implementing this myself

I'm happy with lvim, didn't use VSCode except on borwser/GitHub.
