Question about license

Dear Sirs,
I would like to ask you for the font Lato, available under the SIL license. To use the font in the project, I should attach the license file to the project. What if I would like to use it for a logo design? How do I add the licenses as a separate file to the logo design? I find
FAQ SIL license : https://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=OFL-FAQ_web#36fa3a95 and in question 1.10, 1.11 and 1.1.2- its looks like its not necessary in logo or brochure if the font will be converted to curves. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Maniek
Related note:
The license
field in font metadata says this:
Copyright (c) 2011-2015 by tyPoland Lukasz Dziedzic (http://www.typoland.com/) with Reserved Font Name "Lato". Licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1 (http://scripts.sil.org/OFL).
On the other hand, the above mentioned SIL license FAQ Q1.10 say this:
In the case of metadata included within a font,
it is legally sufficient to include only a link to the text of the OFL
on https://scripts.sil.org/OFL,
but we strongly recommend against this.
Most modern font formats include metadata fields
that will accept the full OFL text,
and full inclusion increases the likelihood
that users will understand and properly apply the license.
Could you consider switching to including the full license in the license
field?
Context for this request is packaging Rubygem libraries in Fedora Linux.
The generated documentation for Rubygems embeds Lato fonts.
I ran across this situation
when trying to ensure that Fedora is not breaking the license conditions
by distributing such documentation.
According to the FAQ, that is not the case,
but in any case, the preference would be
to be in compliance in the recommended way.
