Creating new task fails to create a new issue

noticed for some time and I guess, it's related to some changes in ghi:

when doing gtm task foo/bar -m "blah" it fails to create a new issue for this task.

Nope. But I remember @marina-manrique saying something about this. ghi has issues on osx, maybe is something platform specific

@marina-manrique could fix this by reinstalling ghi
