Suggestions to improve readme.md

I have a couple suggestions for improving the readme file.

First, I would include the requirements for the program, along with links to those requirements to provide the most current information.

Secondly, I would add more details about what your program does, how to install it, and how to use it.

Oh, no worries I totally understand. I'll makeup a pull with the requirements in the readme, send a pull request, and then we'll go from there.
