Set correct mime/content type on js and css files.

This is an enhancement request. Currently after upload js and css files are served with image/jpeg type. This is not a problem most of the time, but still sometimes due to this js is not run and css is not parsed in browsers.

Hi, I just released the version 2.0.0, where this issue is fixed.
