Broken routes with react app

I have a react.js website, I pushed the build to S3 and it works great.
The problem is when I hit 'refresh' on a certain route, it tries to look for the object at the S3.
What I am missing in the configs to prevent this to happen?

Answer to self: error_document sould also be index.html.
