Issue using s3-put

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am using s3-put utility to upload files to s3 server
2. But I am unable to upload files.
3. Same command is running fine on my other server which is FC6
curl 7.12.1 and OpenSSL/0.9.7a
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am getting the following message.
curl: (55) Empty reply from server
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have FC8 64 bit
Curl 7.12.1 ......OpenSSL/0.9.8b
Please provide any additional information below.
Kindly provide me any solution in this scenario.
