Feedback Component: Initial response is not according to mockup

Current Behavior
The temp response of "we got your feedback" is not what was in the mockup.
Feedback was given that this needed to be corrected.
This component was released and that phrase persists.
Expected Behavior
Use "Submitting your feedback..."
